AMS Automobile Marketing Systems Ltd. provides consultancy, training & outsourcing for the motor industry in Europe. Our client, BMW Group Nordic has asked us to provide a person as part of a team who will be responsible for Car Taxation administration.
About the role
The Car Taxation Administrator will be employed by AMS but will report operationally to The Manager Sales Operations, BMW Group Nordic located at BMW’s new offices: Sollentuna, Sweden.Office based – Administrator. The specific responsibilities of the Car Taxation Administrator will be as follows:
Maintain, manage and refine the price database for Finnish Car Taxation. Actively control, monitor and ensure the accuracy of the data.Monitor taxation of cars. Check that all cars have been taxed correctly and on a timely manner to Tulli. Counterpart to Assistor (and BMW and Tulli).Provide Assistor and BMW dealers with guidance and information (in co-operation with other colleagues in BMW Group Nordic and BMW Finland) on car taxation in order to enable dealers to calculate car tax correctly and efficiently.Monitor and correct car registration document errors and process taxation corrections in case of errors in car taxation. Initiate re invoicing or crediting of tax differences to dealers if needed.Monitor and follow up of Finnish car taxation legislation and possible changes in it. Together with other colleagues in BMW Nordic and BMW Finland ensure that correct and efficient processes are applied in car taxation and all legal requirements are fulfilled.Maintaining Finnish prices in BMW ‘s own internal systems (PCASO and SA3).

Broad experience of office administration and Head Office functionsDemonstrable evidence of meeting and exceeding challenging objectivesPreferably with experience of working with Finnish car taxation processes but this is not an essential requirement. (Training will be given)
